1. Direct Cash Payment (COD / In-store)

  • A. For customers experiencing services: You can book an appointment in advance via the duongsinhhotram.vn website and pay directly in cash or swipe your card (POS) at the Duong Sinh Ho Tram reception desk after completing your treatment.

  • B. For customers purchasing physical products (Cash on Delivery – COD):

    • Applicable for home delivery orders nationwide.

    • You will pay in cash directly to the delivery personnel (Shipper) immediately after receiving and verifying the condition of the goods as committed.

2. Bank Transfer

Customers can prepay for product orders, gift cards (E-vouchers), or make deposits to reserve service slots by transferring funds directly to our official bank account.

Official transfer information:

  • Account Name: [Account Holder Name – Business/Household Name or Legal Representative]

  • Account Number: [Account Number]

  • Transfer Description: [Customer Name] + [Phone Number] + [Order Code / Pre-booked Service]

Note: Immediately after receiving the payment, the Customer Care department of Duong Sinh Ho Tram will contact you via phone or send an Email/Zalo to confirm the successful transaction within a maximum of 2 working hours.

3. Online Payment (E-wallets / Domestic ATM Cards / International Visa/Mastercard)

To optimize convenience, the duongsinhhotram.vn website integrates a secure online payment gateway. You can pay directly on the checkout page via:

  • E-wallets: MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay, etc. (Convenient QR code scanning).

  • Domestic ATM Cards: Applicable for cards registered with Internet Banking services.

  • International Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB.

Transactions will be processed automatically, and the E-Voucher code / order confirmation information will be sent immediately to your Email.

4. Payment Security Commitment

  • No Card Information Stored: When you pay via the online gateway, all credit/bank card information is processed by the payment gateway partner’s system (compliant with PCI DSS security standards). Duong Sinh Ho Tram does not store any of your payment card information on our servers.

  • Cost Transparency: All costs regarding product prices, services, taxes (if any), and shipping fees are clearly displayed before you click the “Confirm Payment” button. We commit that there will be no hidden fees.
